The 14-Day Challenge is back—and it’s completely new, with entirely updated videos and an all-new structure. I’m so excited to bring this to you, especially because so many of you have been asking for it.

The History of the Bright Line Eating 14-Day Challenge

We first launched the 14-Day Challenge in 2017 alongside my first book, Bright Line Eating. It was designed as a simple, two-week introduction. Low time commitment, low cost, and highly effective. Many people who started there went on to join the Boot Camp because they could feel the system working.

In 2021, we moved away from the 14-Day Challenge and shifted to a membership model. But over time, we saw that it didn’t work as well. What many people need is a clearly defined, short-term starting point.

So we’ve brought the 14-Day Challenge back.

Why a Short Start Works for Weight Loss

Every day that you struggle with your food and weight without taking action takes a toll. Days turn into months, and months turn into years. So many people intend to change, but never quite get started.

The beauty of a 14-day commitment is that it lowers the barrier. It feels manageable. You can say, “I’ll just try this for a little while and see.”

And that matters more than you might think. Because once you begin, something powerful happens. Momentum builds, and your brain starts to rewire itself. What felt hard to start becomes natural to continue.

The Real Barrier: Fear of Failure

When I launch a Boot Camp, I often ask people what excites them most and what scares them most about beginning. They have a broad range of answers on what excites them, but overwhelmingly, the fear they share is consistent:

“I’m afraid of failing.”

And it makes sense. The average person who comes to Bright Line Eating has tried more than 16 different approaches—everything from Weight Watchers to bariatric surgery. Many of us, myself included, know what it’s like to try again and again without lasting success.

Over time, that creates a deep fear: What if I fail again?

The 14-Day Challenge helps lower that fear. It feels like a small step, a way to dip your toe in the water without making a huge commitment. And it’s often enough to help the protective parts of your brain say, “Okay, we can try this.”

You Don’t Have to Believe It Will Work

Here’s something important: you don’t need to believe this will work to succeed. Most people who sign up don’t believe it will. They expect to fail.

But it doesn’t matter. What matters is that they follow the plan, one day at a time. And if they do, their brain begins to change. They become someone new—someone who can do this. That’s the power of this program.

Is the 14-Day Challenge Right For You?

The 14-Day Challenge is designed for people who are new to Bright Line Eating. It teaches the science, walks you through the structure, and gives you a real experience of what it’s like to live this way.

If you have already tried Bright Line Eating, there are other options, like Reboot Rezoom or the Bright Reset, if you need to restart strong. Of course, if you want to do the 14-Day Challenge, feel free.
