We have a question this week from Beth, who completely sees the need for abstaining from white flour, but isn’t convinced that whole wheat flour should be entirely off limits. After all, for millennia people ground wheat and other grains to make bread out of flour and they weren’t obese or addicted. Right? Watch this week’s vlog to hear my thoughts.
