I address questions like, how rigorous do we need to be in sticking with our Bright Lines? Is it a good idea to count days, or is that counterproductive? What’s the qualitative difference between stretches of time where we’ve kept our Bright Lines versus broken them occasionally? Why do we break our Bright Lines? (There are two reasons.)
