Yesterday was January 1st, a day that might be dubbed "International Diet Day." But what's the relationship between setting intentions for our food and weight on January 1st and actually achieving those intentions? What steps can we take now to dramatically increase our odds of success? I've been thinking about this a lot, and have noted with peculiar interest that my desire to set intentions for the new year has waned. I think I've figured out why. Curious?
