I live in Rochester, NY, where winters tend to be pretty dark and gloomy. Seasonal depression is not uncommon in the Northeast, and I have had bouts of it in the past. But I am NOT experiencing depression this winter, which has been wonderful! In this week’s vlog, I share a couple of stories plus the two things I’m doing differently this winter, in hopes that it will help others navigate winter depression or depression in general. And of course, it all relates back to your Bright Line journey.
