Over three live workshop sessions, you'll move through a powerful process of Awareness, Acceptance, and Action.

Session 1: Awareness
Understand What's Really Driving Your Eating


You can't change a pattern you can't see.

In this first session, you'll learn to identify:
• The emotions most likely to drive you toward food
• The situations that leave you vulnerable
• Your personal emotional eating patterns
• The triggers you've never fully understood before

You'll leave with a clearer picture of what's actually happening when the urge to eat strikes—and why it feels so automatic.

Session 2: Acceptance
Stop Fighting Yourself and Start Working With Yourself


Most people approach emotional eating with criticism, frustration, and shame.

But lasting change rarely comes from beating yourself up.

In this session, you'll learn how to:
• Identify the stories that drive emotions
• Develop greater self-compassion and reduce the shame that keeps the cycle going
• Build emotional resilience and expand your capacity to sit with emotions

You'll discover that accepting your emotions doesn't make them stronger—it gives you the ability to move through them.

Session 3: Action
Build Your Personalized Plan for Real-Life Moments


Insight is powerful. Action is what creates change. In this final session, you'll create a personalized system for navigating emotional eating in everyday life.

You'll develop:
• A practical emotional-regulation toolkit
• Daily practices that support your Bright journey
• Strategies for high-risk situations
• An emergency plan for difficult moments
• A path forward when life doesn't go according to plan

You'll leave with concrete next steps and greater confidence in your ability to respond differently when emotions arise.
