In this session you'll learn:

Why willpower alone doesn’t work—and how mindfulness meditation actually helps rewire your brain for lasting food freedom.

A simple practice to calm the “food noise” when cravings, urges, or stress start getting loud.

How to create a pause between the urge and the action, so you can keep your Bright Lines with more ease.

What’s happening in your brain when you meditate—and why it strengthens the neural pathways that support freedom with food.

How becoming more present with your body and meals can naturally reduce overeating and bring more peace around food.

A gentle daily ritual that helps you stay Bright, grounded, and connected to your deeper intentions.
